Dip in Psychology . HCGC. MIPC. / With 25 years’ experience in Counseling & Psychotherapy Asst.Director, Alokaya Counselling Centre, Family Planning Association of Sri Lanka. Badra has training and experience in Psychological Counselling, Educational & Group Counselling, Stress Management & Relaxation programs as well as Marital, Pre-Marital, Family & Sex related Counselling. She has conducted many training programs for counselors such as counselling skills development, group supervision, relaxation techniques and CBT. In addition, she has done several teacher training programs around the island for over five years. Apart from this she has conducted training and awareness programs related to SRH, geriatrics, children and adolescents etc. She is keen to spread awareness on the importance of mental wellbeing and counselling. During her free time, Badra likes listening to music, sewing and cooking.
